Hotel dos Templarios has gathered all the necessary conditions to ensure the success of your next event. We have created the perfect setting for your important business deals. There are 14 meeting rooms to choose from varying from 28 to 457 square meters, all of them with natural daylight and 4,5 meters of ceiling height making them ideal for conferences, banquets, meetings, exhibitions and presentations. To complement the highly functional space we also offer screens, projectors, sound systems, microphones, assistance from our in-house technicians, reception area and private parking, so you would have everything you need for a successful event. Due to easy access from the parking facilities, we can exhibit large objects such as cars inside and outsider our meeting rooms.

Versatile room with natural light, through an interior hall, ideal for large exhibitions and product launches. There are has removable walls that can be opened to the Sala do Infante II.

Room with an area of 213 sqm and 4m of ceiling height has capacity for 250 people in theater style and 150 people in classroom style. It is often used for events that require an exhibition space in addition to the main meeting. It has removable walls that can be opened to the Sala do Infante I. Room with natural light with access to the exterior and the garden of the room through the Sala da Cruzada.

Room with 457 sqm, the largest meeting room of the hotel with capacity to receive up to 600 people in theater style and 400 people for dinner in round tables. This room can be locked in order to ensure the privacy and security of objects on display. Natural daylight with access to the gardens of the hotel and also with an interior lounge. There is a large adjoining lobby with a cloakroom, located on the -1 floor, ideal for information area or registration support and also for coffee breaks.
